The hotel staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you whether in Reception or the restaurant.
The suite has all the amenities you need including all Miele appliances in the kitchen area (plus a coffee maker) to a wonderful walk in shower in the large bathroom and there is plenty of storage space for clothes etc
The hotel is 5* but the location isnt. Having a building site next door and a noisy beach bar playing loud music every day (although this is outside of the hotels control) certainly detracts from the overall enjoyment particular for those rooms with balcony’s directly facing the promenade.
This lovely hotel is worthy of its 5* classification and certainly the distractions are outside of the hotels control but had we been aware of the immediate environment we would have given this extra consideration before booking.

Manager is amazing and makes sure you enjoy your stay in every way. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was really nice. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely be coming back.
