Stunning room and location. Very tasty breakfast!
The poolside was filled with guests that had already checked out so we weren't able to get a sunbed, service was hard to get poolside and the spa was not functioning either.

Beautiful rooms, with a very nice pool area. Attentive staff and good service. Very nice property overall.
The restaurant does not have a normal menu; snacks only. The AC is quite weak.

Great location, we had a beautiful room.
Yummy breakfast and really enjoyed the town of Persat. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately we had to repeatedly ask for tea and coffee cups and glasses for the water.
But it was the only thing slightly irritating.!!
Everything else was good.

Excellent location and rooms done out really nice , staff very helpful
For a leading hotel of the world to have no restaurant open is a massive issue and the breakfast and snacks offered were poor.
Rooms lacking the little things like a spoon and cups for tea and proper glasses vanity kits shower caps etc Not enough towlels etc . When you asked it all got sorted but for leading hotel you shouldn’t have to ask
