Ma chambre méritait des travaux de modernisation, vieille moquette, vieux lino, vieux rideaux, vieux carrelage, etc.

A good hotel for transit with charging facilities.

The hotel is well located near the motorway and is very good for transit. The charging facility for e-cars is a plus for the hotel. The room was a good size and the staff is friendly and the restaurant (must be reserved), is good.

Unfortunately, ours was a bigger event with numerous (noisy) guests. The rainy day contributed to the fact that all the guests were in the indoor restaurant. The open door to the bar outside was very uncomfortable for us, as there was a draught and people were constantly running in and out. The bathroom should be cleaner.

Great place,

This is whilst 110 euros is worth every cent as the rooms are wonderful and the facilities excellent, whilst it was tricky to walk my dog as no obvious places nearby, this is where I recommend if you are not being economical on a long journey across France.

It would be great if there was a dog run or some nearby place to walk the dog, but this is not really a minus.

modern & clean and great comfortable bed

room service food was not delivered we had to collect & was under cooked for our liking asked for medium/ well done top of the range burgers & they were rare, if we were in the restaurant we would have rejected them

Comfortable but replace carpets.

Passing through, location was good. Lovely pillows. Large selection for breakfast.

Dirty carpets in rooms, stairway, hall way. Friends toilet didn’t flush and staff sighed when rang to tell them about the problem. Coffee was disappointing.

Fantastic location to enjoy Troyes.

Excellent hotel, everything you need. Very clean and comfortable, lovely little extras. Fantastic location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again.

Good location, near to Lyon. Very quiet hotel, nice room, good breakfast. Very nice outside bar with a pool.

Overpriced airless, no air-conditioning in family rooms. Not family friendly

The staff were smiley, but then didn't communicate when they hadn't solved the problem (broken aircon). The food is delicious but expensive.

Overpriced, awful place to break a long journey. Not possible to sleep in sauna rooms next to noisy road. There was one broken hook to hang towels in a room for 5 people. We were asked a number of times to use our own towels for pool, which we were doing but then there was no where to hang them. The focus is on making money not on giving people a comfortable place to sleep. Air-conditioning broken in room. We reported this on arrival, the reception staff said they would investigate. We saw them as we left the restaurant, they just looked at us and walked passed. We discovered in room it was still broken. I asked them and the man said its broken on whole of second floor and there are no fans. I asked for a different room, he said there are no rooms for family with aircon I asked again for a fan. He said there are none..I asked what solution he proposed. He gave me 2 fans, 1 of which was broken. When I asked who I contact for a refund, the lady stared at me blankly and said we had been given breakfast for free (which was free for the 3 children anyway)

Very convenient overnight stay

Very well placed just off motorway so easy to get back on toute the next day.

They have a lovely pool and bar but terrible canned frantic music playing … not relaxing at all after a days drive

friendly helpful reception team, comfortable room and ultimately a good evening meal.

unhelpful and unfriendly attitude from restaurant maitre d which created an uncomfortable start to our evening meal.

All good, nice place for overnight stay

Nice terras at the pool, great for diner & drinks.

Pool is closed between 19:30 and 09:00! We did not know this and arrived too late for the kids to go swimming. That was our main intend selecting this hotel.
