Had a nice time staying here in the off season. Condo is older and not updated, but had all the stuff that we needed and was clean. Short distance to mainstreet Breck and right next to a gentle creek!

Condo just a few hundred feet from shuttle stop that's takes you to gondola. Can ski back to about a hundred feet to condo. Easy walk to downtown and Main St. Condo good size for two, we had four one night which was a bit tight but ok. Condo a bit dated but there to ski and not hang out at condo.

Great location to downtown. Could us some updates, but clean. Could use a dishwasher because of prior quests.Only issue was, when booking, was told that early checkin was available if ready. Got a text that it was ready for an extra $25.00. that should be in the details.

Had a good time here. It was a one night stay with my partner. We mainly needed a place to sleep, reasonably close to town. We were able to cook some breakfast in the morning which was nice. About a five minute walk to main street. The two hot tubs on site are a nice perk. I'd consider staying again.

The rental experience itself was exceptional, great communication all the way through. Unfortunately the unit was quite run-down. Very small unit with a cramped bedroom and bath. Adequate for two but it wouldn't accommodate more than that without people tripping over one another. My advice is, for the price, keep searching.

This is my second time staying at this property and getting to visit breck while working remotely. The office is just enough space to get work done and the room is also a great place to work, stay, and have fun!

It was squeaky, the mattress was thin and also it was caved in the middle. There was no sleep happening on this thing. Other than that the location was great and the property was nice.

Great Stay
Enjoyed the unit. Small, but cozy. Clean, but slightly dated. Snowflake lift is a 5 minute walk and ski the 4 o’clock run up to the back of the condos. Hot tubs were hot n clean; grill worked great. Great experience overall. Good price for location if you’re not looking for all the fluff amenities.

Convenient, cozy place in Breck
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is well located to shuttles to the resort, it has all the basic amenities needed (kitchenette), and even has a cozy main area with hot tub!
It is a small, simple place, and the sofa bed sleeps like a sofa bed, but it fit our needs well.

This was my 1st trip to Breckenridge and I really enjoyed staying so close. This unit was relatively comfortable for a couple people but could easily be upgraded.

There were several frustrations that we encountered; 1) we had to call the front office several times to get the code to enter the condo. 2) Although all electronic info is great in this covid-19 climate, having some on hand resources in the condo would have saved several phone conversations. 3) The Wi-Fi was not reliable, we expected to have functioning Wi-Fi for school and my work, and had to contact the office multiple times to coordinate a hotspot to be delivered so we could work at night while we played during the day. 4) we had to buy a candle to stifle the smell of stale cigarettes that permeated the condo- probably from other units. 5) the coffee pot lid was broken, so the coffee would not drip into the carafe- seems minor- but this just added to our general frustrations and experience. Our Breck trip was a treat, but next time will pau the extra for a less stressful condo experience.

This unit comfortably held 2 people, but more than that would have been very tight. The place was small, but perfect for our needs for a few days of skiing. The location was great! The bus stop was at the end of the driveway and the very next stop on the Free Ride shuttle was the gondola for Peak 8. At the end of the day, we were able to ski in to the condo,. It was also only a 2 block walk to main street shopping, restaurants, etc.

Convenient Location
While the property is somewhat dated, it is in a great location with easy access to Main Street. The shuttle was reasonably convenient for going to the gondola. We loved the hot tubs!

Super convenient little spot for two people.
Check-in and out was super easy, the shuttle service was knowledgeable and responded quickly. The property is walking distance to city free ride to peaks 7,8, and 9. I would say the space is perfect for 2 people, three would be a bit crowded.
