Situated in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $74 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Are you looking to have all the amenities of a resort while you live the mountain lifestyle? True Ski In Ski Out! Well, look no further. Our freshly remodeled mountain view studio suite, or our home away from home as we call it, has it all! Beaver Run is ideally located just steps from everything you can desire in Breckenridge. Step out the back the door from you free ski lockers to access the Beaver Run Superchair lift at the base of Peak 9 for a day of skiing and boarding. Come home to have a beer or cocktail with an app or grab a romantic dinner with your partner all within steps of our room. Still not satisfied? How about a 5-10 minute walk to town or call the resort's FREE shuttle for a drop off or pick up anywhere in town if you're in a hurry to enjoy the mountain life. The town runs a free shuttle with Beaver Run being a stop as well and Uber is also an option. I stayed here with 3 of my middle aged guy friends and the condo had everything we needed. The condo was located right on the Peak 9 lift. Nick, the owner, answered all my questions very promptly. I would rent this place again.

Very nice little condo, very clean and perfect for 2 people. Amazing location with perfect access to the slopes, can see chairlift from window. Beaver fun has some really nice amenities, pools, hot tubs, restaurants, game room etc etc. Would definitely stay here again.

This place has great amenities! Ski-in/ski-out, arcade, putt-putt, pool, hot tubs, sauna, gym, quick-store, restaurant, and more. I loved not having to leave where we were to entertain the kids at night.

From the fine hand soap to the kettle, and to all the little things in between, we were so elated with the care and attention put into this unit! Unit was clean, and well organized, it made our anniversary trip that much more enjoyable! Loved the private back window, while viewing the mountain at the base, was still beautiful and serene. Thank you for keeping your condo so clean and well kept! It was not lost on us! God bless!

We didn’t get a chance to fully explore the resort as we spent most of the visit with our friends at their rental for their wedding. The resort was great, parking situation was great, and there is so much to offer. Condo was very clean and met all of our needs!

Checkin at Beaver Run Resort front desk at 4pm, sharp. We were ten minutes early, and we had to wait until 4. Resort seemed fairly empty, but parking spaces were few and far between. We found one!
The Burro Trail that starts at the resort was a beautiful walk along a mountain stream. We were in Breck for our son’s camp at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, and we were so close we could have walked. The short, easy trail around Sawmill Reservoir was breathtakingly beautiful.
The unit was spotless, the view out the window was not much, but everything worked, and it was nice to be able to cook as we wished which saved money and was relaxing. If we come back to Breckenridge we would gladly stay here again!

Found buildings and parking structures to be complicated to find your way around . Better directions regarding best way to check in , where to park for each building , navigating elevator locations, skywalk , etc would be very helpful .

Beaver Run is a great complex with something for everyone. My kids loved the pools, hot tubs, arcade and mini golf. All of the buildings were very clean and well kept. Our condo was clean and perfect for our small family. We were able to cook several meals there, and the kids loved being able to relax and watch a movie there. Breckenridge is wonderful, we'll definitely be back!!

Great spot in building 4 with a Brie of the lift and a little mountain. There is also a fix that makes his way there each night. Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom perfect for the few nights I was there. Beaver run is also very accommodating

It's all about location, location, location. Unloaded and parked the car and didn't need it until departure. Shuttle service was great and ski in / ski out was perfect.

Took my teen son and a friend away for a quick weekday ski day with loads of new powder. This was the perfect place for the three of us. They each got a pull out bed and I got a bed with a curtain to draw for privacy. I only had wished going in that the bed was directly in front of the front door and it was only a curtain and not a partition. But now that I understand we will be back with family. Maybe just not a friend combined with family so I can have a wee more privacy around entrance to room. But otherwise seriously perfect! Clean and everything you need. If you are going to cook bring oil or butter to cook with along with your supplies but all the utensils we needed were there!

This property was just what we needed for a quick mountain getaway with the family. The room was clean and everything you would need to prepare a meal is available. Beds were comfy. The resort was family friendly and provided a free shuttle to town.

Renting process was easy, location and resort amenities were great. Wish there was an oven and the beds were very uncomfortable! We had a great time but need some sleep!!!

We had a great time I would stay here again. The studio suite was exactly as advertised and the owner was very responsive to any questions. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prep your own meals.
The unit was 15 steps to the elevator and another 15 steps to the ski locker. 15 more steps and you’re clicking into your skis.

Worst stay. Water was shut off to our room due to an issue. horrible communication between property manager and resort management. Turned into a big issue. No seating for breakfast. Had to order to go, but they sat the family that came in right after us? Everything was closed in the resort. We were verbally accosted by another family while in the hot tub. Smelled so badly of pot in the main lobby. I will say john at the front desk was amazing and the shuttle drivers (especially Steve) were extremely nice. Shuttle doesn’t start until 8 and if you don’t get John at the front, prepare to be treated horribly for even asking. The resort did try to make everything right. This property manager was very nice to begin. Still working on some issues. So as long as there are no big issues in your stay, should be fine. My recommendation though: there are so many beautiful places to stay in Breck. This is probably not the best…

It was the perfect spot for our last minute, fall break getaway. The beds were great, kitchen and room overall was perfect for us. Clean and beautiful view. The resort was an added bonus…friendly staff, clean, and fun! It had everything we needed especially with our 5 and 7 year old. We can’t wait to book again!

My husband and I went to Breckinridge for a few days to celebrate my 70th birthday and had a blast. The property was an easy walk to downtown. So much to do, see, eat, drink, and hike. Wish we had had time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The condo was very nice, clean, and well stocked, with one exception. No cutting board but that wasn’t a big deal. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was a nice bonus. We’ll definitely go back.

Nice property and great location
My 15 YO daughter and I spent two nights. We are Colorado natives, but first time to Breck. We had a great time. We were able to walk down to Main Street (the free bus and shuttle was an option, we just preferred to walk). The room was very clean, the beds were comfy (including the pull out). We had fun in the arcade, ate at the restaurant on premises once (it was good). We didn’t take advantage of the pool/hot tub areas, but they looked great. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked - we wanted to experience the local cuisine, which was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Had a great experience!! Communication with Nick was top notch! Upon entering the condo, it was very clean and had a cozy feel to it. The beds were very comfortable and pretty much everything you need is already there! When we come back to the area, we will be staying here again.
