As always we had a fabulous stay, this is our favourite hotel in the area.
Always clean and welcoming with excellent staff and facilities.
The breakfast is plentiful and even though we haven't used the restaurant during the evening most feedback gives it a very good rating.

Outstanding cleanliness throughout the Hotel.
The restaurant staff move elegantly around the guests, cleaning tables ready for the next guests to arrive.
The location is walking distance to the old capital (800 meters).
The breakfast is the the best we've encountered throughout many hotel visits within Bulgaria over 10 + years.
Truly a well managed establishment with excellent staff to make your visit special and memorable 😀
The spa and pool are excellent.
This was our fifth visit and it will now be our regular retreat as we only live 38km away.
Everything was exceptional as always, nothing to dislike.

The hotel was clean as was the room.
The restaurant food and drinks were good and reasonably priced.
Staff were a bit hit and miss with their helpfulness and friendliness.
The taxi into Veliko was €5 not €2 or €3 as stated in the hotel info. The hotel ordered the taxi for me, but didn't tell them where I needed to go so I ended up in the wrong place.
