Местоположението е отлично! Закуската е превъзходна! Отношението на персонала е много добро. Усмихнати и отзивчиви!

Стаята не отговаря на категорията. Нямах тераса, което ме разочарована, а прозореца гледаше към ... покрив и странична улица. Няма климатик, а странен уред, вероятно работещ само през зимата... Оскъдните тоалетни принадлежности НЕ отговарят на категорията на хотела!!! Ютия няма. Кана за вода-също. Лед в коридорите-не. Басейна не ми хареса.

Reasonable & clean hotel. Nice breakfast.

The communal areas and the breakfast were nice. The bed was comfortable, I slept well.

It was all ok but the room was dark, a bit depressing. Everything a bit old and tired. The bathroom in particular really needs modernizing.

Great hotel & views, awful staff

The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and some views were amazing. There’s a panoramic elevator to see the surrounding landscape, too. Location is central and within walking distance to all attractions, and there’s roughly 15 parking spots right beside it. Breakfast was good quality although variety did lack (considering its 4 star rating) - but can’t complain.

The staff were absolutely abysmal. They barely speak any ounce of English - which wouldn’t be a problem except they cuss at you in Bulgarian if they don’t get you. The cleaning staff were rude and entered the room well before checkout (despite the DND sign being hung still while we were at breakfast). We left this feedback with front desk only to be met with “but they noticed no one was in the room so we checked you out”. Again, nice hotel, but staff hospitality and manners are a disaster.

Superb

Perfect spot for a night in Veliko, also thanks to staff in reserving a place to recharge my car.

Stayed couple of times before at this hotel but this time room got a cigarette smell.

I would go back again.

The hotel was well located for our purpose, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. The spa was quite nice too.

I didn’t like the high pillows. I wish I could have a choice.

Good value for money if you have the luck to be clean.

The location is very good, the hotel is an a walk distance of the major atractions.

Some issues with the cleaning, one of the toilets was marked as desinfected, but was dirty, and some toilet towls were dirty.

Great stay.

Pros: large room with comfortable beds, clean, good cosmetics, nice light. I think the room with even number have the view over the citadel/cathedral. We had a room with odd number that had the windows over the street. LOVED the spa. We had hot stone massage, scrub plus relaxation massage and a facial hydration. It was absolutely sensational. The lady has magic hands. Good breakfast, tasty coffee and panorama restaurant is very nice.

Cons: there is no hanger in the bathroom and there are no separate towels for the sauna or pool. There are bathrobes and slippers. The check in is after 2 pm, and the parking lot in front of the hotel has only 12 places, there is a bigger space 5-700m down the road.
