A beautiful hotel with a very comfortable suite. Nice amenities.
The staff was very cordial and accommodating though service in the main restaurant was spotty. Breakfast consisted of an amazing variety of foods and was our favorite meal.

I love the location of the hotel. The property was beautiful and the staff helpful and friendly.
Though the hotel has received 5 stars, it seemed like that rating was outdated. The rooms were tired, very small, overly cluttered and not designed for optimal guest usage. The beds extremely uncomfortable. I would say this property was extremely overpriced for what it delivered on. At these prices, guests expect the cream of the crop experience including rooms.

We spent our honeymoon here. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, the facilities are beautiful and well kept, the breakfast and dinner was delicious.

Location is prime.
The gym is dated and small. There’s only one tiny fresh water or chlorine pool along with the large outdoor and indoor thermal pools. I was hoping for a large outdoor fresh water pool as an alternative to brown thermal pools.
