The helpful staff, great location and comfortable rooms.

We booked Troyes Logis on the same day, non refundable. We have stayed here before in 2019 and I'm just as impressed with the location and services as I was before.
I was pleased to notice that tea and coffee is now available in the room and had commented on the lack of such before. It's good to see that the hotel has taken on suggestions or at least kept up with the local competition.
The room was clean and the accommodation, although formulaic, smart.
Comfortable bed, large wardrobe, safe, large enough bathroom/wetroom with separate wc. Hard wired hairdryer. Air-con. Tea/coffee.
Parking space is generous and has underground parking too.
Breakfast is adequate and appears sparse because it is spread out along two walls. It is not lacking in quantity although the croissants ran out quickly.
Milk cartons are not provided in the bedrooms but you will be given fresh milk at reception if you want some, as are extra pillows. Pottery mugs are provided but have no handles! That was a bit bizarre.
For two star accommodation it is good value.
Sebastian on reception was excellent and happily attended to my requests for milk. Checking in was seamless. Thank you.
There is no restaurant at the hotel but one is available next door "Le Petite Table" offering good food. Others are available within walking distance or a short drive.

Improvement suggestions only, not complaints: linens are a bit tired, and mugs would be better with handles, my fingers got a bit hot.

the location is excellent, Troyes is a lovely place to visit..
The rooms are perfect size, clean and the shower great.
Breakfast is perfect too.. very well presented and great food.
