Good location - level walk to rr station. 1 block from.main town square. 1 block from start of historic scenic avenue walk through spas. 1 block front bus stop for Funicular and Terme rr station.
Clean. quiet. reliable, comfortable.
A real full service hotel
Breakfast so - so but with terrific authentic pastries !! And good service.
Pleasant reception staff
NB:
1. They don't take a credit card pre-payment from B.C so pay when you depart
2. Use Montecatini Central rr station. NOT Montecatini Terme rr station for all travel (bigger and better service & location)
They handle bus tours, often more than one at a time, so breakfast works very well, but dinner is much better done in a local restaurant.

Denied a plug for the bath - told reason economic.
No kettle in room on arrival. After much persuasion at the reception miraculously one arrived. Breakfast however good.
