The hotel is very comfortable and friendly. We felt very safe in the area and found it an ideal base to visit Lucca, Florence and Pisa. Two minutes walk away is the funicular railway, a great experience in itself and taking you to Montecatini Alto with breathtaking views and fabulous restaurants.

Solid accommodation, quite old in a nice location. There is free parking right next to the hotel. Friendly staff…
I expected that in such a hotel I could get help with the car rental, but that did not happen. The TV in the room and many light bulbs did not work. The outdoor pool was dirty, and the contents related to the indoor pool are all paid for, and it's not cheap. We stayed 4 nights, every morning the breakfast was the same, a small selection of savory dishes, only eggs, bacon and hot dogs.
