Although Hotel Puccini is a 4-star hotel, the quality of the service truly exceeded our expectations!
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff. A special mention goes to the reception team, and especially to the lady who welcomed us — unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely human in the way she interacted with us. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and supported. Bravissima! 👏
The breakfast was another pleasant surprise: varied, fresh and tasty, with plenty of choices to start the day well.
What impressed us most, however, was the authentic Italian character of the hotel. The beautiful old-style look, the atmosphere and the attention to detail perfectly match the spirit of Italy. It has charm and personality — something you don’t always find in modern hotels.
Housekeeping was also 10/10. Our room was cleaned impeccably every single day.
And the location is excellent — right at the entrance to the central area of Montecatini Terme, making it very easy to explore the town on foot.
A big BRAVO to the entire team at Hotel Puccini! 👏
We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming, authentic Italian experience with wonderful people and excellent service.

L'emplacement est bon. il est situé sur la rue principale. Le personnel a été très agréable et accueillant.
La literie est trop dure pour nous mais c'est un avis personnel. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez varié. L'hôtel en général manque de classe je trouve pour un 4 étoiles. Nous avons était déçu.
