We had a great stay at Palazzo BelVedere. The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere.
The only two things I would mention are that I expected a little more from the spa, and Montecatini Terme itself felt quite quiet. However, Montecatini Alto was absolutely charming and well worth a visit.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
