The older style hotel is charming. The location is perfect to enjoy the local beaches, including stunning own private beach and 10 min walk to Mazzaro bay and Isola Bella for variety. Easy 10 min walk to cable car up to Taormina. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Provided shower facilities as we weren’t leaving until evening which was a bonus.
The ocean was at times rough - it was fine for us but families may not like this.

Right on the beach, had a cozy feel, surprisingly the A/C was the best of all the hotels in Italy.
A bit run down. Shower and bathroom were very cramped, no bathroom counter space.

Hearing the waves in your room and having such a perfect view was amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel has a true charm.
Weirdly none of our mobiles would charge using any plug in the room. Thankfully we had a hire car to do that. The breakfast was very basic.
