Super nice staff, everyone from the cleaning ladies to maintenance guys and reception staff were super super nice, always in a good mood and smiling, also the place is super clean and well maintained and has everything even for families. Oh, and probably the best view in the north part of the lake.

It was just a bit out from the town so you need to go with a car everywhere and not many options to go for a run with a dog

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee, Das Zimmer war sauber, wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse mit Liegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend.

steile Auffahrt/Parkplätze, man kommt schlecht zu Fuß vom Hotel in den Ortskern von Nago (Hauptstraße ohne Fußweg)

I liked everything, starting from the responsive hotel staff, the existing facilities, the view of the hotel and the amenities it provides And also the breakfast was excellent

No thing

- Friendly personel - Amaizing view over the lake and mountains! - Good breakfast - Nice and cleany room - Fine restarunt and bar

- Rooms not well sound separated (noisy child behind wall was a little anoying) - No possibility to walk to the nearest city. The only way to get in/out to the hotel was private car (there is only a road, no sidewalks) and the distance to the city is quite far. But that is the cost of amaizing view :-)

We liked the service, staff were very kind and polite. Room and pool area were clean and comfortable. The view to the lake was stunning.

We only had one magnet card to the rooms and therefore phones could be charged only when we were in the rooms and we must have adjusted to each other.
