It was located adjacent to forum, nearby attractions and restaurants. It had lovely gardens and very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent food in the restaurant and a wide choice at breakfast
Air conditioning was controlled at reception and was too cold. We requested an ironing board and iron but was never delivered. Bathroom had a glass door which meant the light at night lit up room.

The breakfast each morning was excellent. Dinner was also excellent and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden dining. The hotel was clean and everything we needed was provided. Loved the expresso machine in our room. Service was also excellent.

The location is perfect,the gardens are amazing and the staff are very friendly.
The menu could be tweaked slightly to include lasagne/pizza .
