Very pleasant and helpful staff. On site parking. Good facilities. Comfy beds, extra pillows as requested. Excellent bathroom. Good choices for breakfast. Serving staff friendly and did an excellent job, despite restaurant being super busy

The good welcome at the reception.
Good comfortable room.
Well, we arrived at 7pm. And could not done anywhere... We had to buy crisps and drinks at the disco bar near the reception..
To park our vehicle I had to walk back 15 minutes to the hotel.... And I was charged an extra 18 euros for the night parking at the machine..

The rooms
Check-in for 4 people/3 rooms took one full hour, although only 2 people before us. I have NEVER experienced sth like this. Not in Uganda and not in Albania. The staff had no clue about availabilities, payment methods and we ended up with plastic keys that didn't work. Instead of an excuse we got an arrogant attitude. Dinner in the restaurant was possible from 21:30 to 22:00. Great time frame! We checked in at 19:00. We found a nice place to eat down the street, and sorry Maria, I know it wasn't your fault. Great rooms though!
