Dog friendly.
Understaffed in breakfast room, food / drinks machine running out
Long wait for hot food being restocked. (only 1 member of staff rushed of her feet serving and clearing tables).

Lovely little town, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we had our dog with us and they set a table for breakfast in a room next to the dining room so we could have our pet with us inside. The adjoining cafe restaurant is excellent value for money.
There is also plenty of parking in front of the hotel.

Convenient location
We had instructions in the room for room temperature control. It was a hot day and the room was very warm. The cooling option made the room hotter! At reception I was informed that the system had not been working for 3 weeks and as the hotel was full we could not move to a room with air conditioning.
