El personal del desayuno muy amable.

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal de administración muy competente y servicial, me ayudaron con un imprevisto que tuve con booking a pesar de no entrar dentro de sus competencias. El desayuno del buffet no se como será, pero el personal de la cafetería, así como el desayuno de tostadas, fué maravilloso.

No había jabón de manos en la jabonera del cuarto.

There was a really noisy party in the gardens, right beneath our bedroom window - despite keeping the window closed, it was impossible to sleep because the noise level was so high. Reception closed at 11pm so we could not request a different room. I was advised in the morning that staff were available in the cafe - I had been there but saw no one despite waiting a few minutes

This is the best accommodation we have stayed in on our journeys through France and Spain it has everything you need rooms are brilliant value for the money top recommendation but the thing that impressed me the most was their fairness we could not make the night booked but with a phone call they carried over the stay so when our car was fixed we were still ok to use the credit Brilliant why can not more hotel do this 10 out of 10 top hotel for stopoverm

Excellent, friendly staff. Room spacious, clean, and a very comfy bed, perfect after a long day travelling. Great food choice, you choose, they cook, and excellent value for money. Also, my dog had a fab stay as well. She was made very welcome, and we were not charged a fortune for her. In fact, we've booked our return journey stop over.

The room was extremely comfortable with a huge bed and a view towards the mountains. Lots of choice for an excellent buffet evening meal and breakfast. Perfect!

A little bit isolated but ideally situated for an overnight stay.for travellers from Pyrenees to South East of Spain on two major routes.

This is a perfect hotel for a stopover on our way south from either western France or the ferry ports if Santander and Bilbao. The room was really comfortable and contemporary and the restaurant at the hotel has the most fantastic and well presented buffet style dining. The staff in the restaurant and at check-in were great. This is our second stay and we will be back.

The hotel made it easy to check in in advance, so that I didn't have to hang around in the lobby. The cafeteria is efficient if a little cold. Juan who was running the cafeteria is great and was really helpful. Breakfast was very good, if a little chaotic

maybe a little more choice of food in the cafe we arrived later in the evening expecting 24hr snack service but there wasn’t much for us.

Checked in online but still had to show passport etc so no quicker. Room looking tired - large chunk out of bathroom door & skirting boards really dirty.
