The staff were great and friendly. The location was very close to La Boqueria, metro and many cafes/restaurants nearby. All walking distance. The room was very clean and recently renovated. Even if the room was small, it was perfect for the price we paid and the central location. Not noisy! I travelled with my mom and she found it great too. I recommend to all budget travelers looking for a clean and safe location.

The fact that the location was central to the older part of Barcelona and was within walking distance to the main spots in the central part of the city. The staff were friendly when we checked into the hostel. There was air conditioning in the room.
The room was smaller than anticipated. The room had no bedding only sheets which we were not aware of. The room was slightly stuffy. There were no breakfast options at the hostel that we could add on.
