Hotel Gaudi is located just off the Rambla in the heart of the city.
Everything you can want is right on your doorstep, including cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are kind are helpful.
If your budget allows, book an apartment with a balcony that overlooks the stunning Palau Guell.

First comments from cabbie scared us a bit. "You are close to a sketchy neighborhood"
Turns out great staff, great guests, absolutely great location and rooftop deck was amazing.
They were near giving away the beverages.
