We were supposed to have breakfast included but is was not and we had to pay extra. We also ended up with a non-balcony room at no adjustment in the price. Sonia was very helpful but not there at check out or when we discovered the problem with breakfast.

Great location and super-nice staff, but there was a *terrible* smell in our room that no amount of air freshener would fix. We notified the staff about it, but having searched some prior reviews, I think it's an issues that's larger than just our room. Other than that, wonderful hotel!

The staff was amazing. Helped me store my luggage while I explored the city. Location was perfect on La Rambla. Had a great room and the bathroom had a soaking tub which was perfect after a long day of walking. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Will stay here again if ever in Barcelona.
