The staff. It was so refreshing to see genuine hospitality and great customer service in Spain.
During the two days we dealt with 4 different staff members, all had different backgrounds, and all equally polite and helpful. Well done to HR for putting together this cosmopolitan crew, it really makes all the difference!
We were given the room just behind the reception which I was a bit skeptical about but we really did not hear much noise.
The air conditioning was working perfectly and the room was very clean and maintained.
Location was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Location was perfect, walkable to most sites, with metro stops nearby. Great cafes and restaurants too. Though the room was small (as expected), it was very comfortable.

Room was very tiny but all we did was sleep there so it wasn’t an issue .

Great location and young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
My room was VERY small with a tiny shower .. and basically my room was just off the reception area so you had the constant noise of the front door buzzer and during the night a phone in reception rang several times in the middle of the night going unanswered. Then you had people ringing the main door bell at 3am trying to get into the building.
