Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, right on the beach! Beautiful resort with a local charm where the rooms are in the jungle area. The pool was beautiful! Food at the restaurant was 10/10 and I could not fault the staff.
Shower and water pressure was not great. The waters provided each day were smaller than other properties we have stayed at.

I have stayed at highlife a few times and I love the location on the beach, the food is great and staff are brilliant.
We opted for the superior double room and we were quite disappointed by the loss of atmosphere from the other lodges. The sofa was broken, when I messaged to inform I just got told yes, it is. We payed more for a better room but it was on the road so we had the noise of traffic whereas the other rooms do not.

The receptionist Carloo was exquisite. Best employee of the month. Will do everything to look after your needs
Overpriced. Restaurant is staffed by men only and they spend a lot of time speaking to each other. They are nice. Lack of women staff. Lack of leadership
