The staff were all really lovely, especially to our little boy. The pool was great, the rooms were comfortable and the food was good. Location was great as not far from the airport, shops and beach.

Great location, very close to the beach and into a not-so-noisy neighbourhood. Staff was very polite and did a great job. Selection of food was satisfactory, with plenty of choices all the times. Cleaning of rooms - performed each day.
Maybe it's time to invest a bit into renewing/refreshing the rooms (doors, bathroom, etc) as - even with no complains in terms of functionality - it looks like a couple of years passed by since the last major renewal project.

Amazing hardworking staff (overworked staff) who were genuinely helpful.
Great base if you intend to be active and explore island daily- better to choose on B&B basis.
Constant sewage smell coming from bathroom drain and into room
Cleaners do not check/ clean terrace- glassware left out there for 5 days
Restaurant food was very poor quality/cheap for an all inclusive and lacked flavour. It often looked like pre-made food bought in and lacked variety- by day 3 we’d had enough but made do. Not enough consideration for non eaters of pork products. Salads were good when they were good except when chopped ham was added! Does not meet needs of a global traveller base.
dishes not consistently labelled with ingredients so had to ask every single day what things contained. Thank you Christine for daily help!
No soundproofing
Facilities = restaurant and swimming pool, nothing else to do on site despite being a family hotel.
Would rate as low 3 star- unimpressive 4 star
Managers need customer service training to treat all guests equally not just the ones that look like them.offering only one guest an apology and drink when 2 sitting together was very poor and based on assumptions.
Would not recommend to my customers.
