I really appreciated the communication from the hotel leading up to our arrival. We discussed my arrival time and when we arrived via taxi from the rail termini, he was standing in the doorway and called out to me as we pulled our luggage out of the back of the van. Great way to greet your guests!
This was an amazing stay and experience, I have no dislikes.

The local was great and the staff were friendly but the place was not what we expected. The bed had a dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable, the toilet struggled to flush toilet paper and the room was old and tired not how it looked on the picture.
