Staff were very friendly, the location was nice, facilities were good

Rooms were not clean, their were stains on the bed sheets, room service was very bad, the complimentary water bottles I got them the third day of my stay and I told them about it the first day because they were not in the room. Their service is very slow . But again the staff were very friendly.

The Hospitality of Ramon and Pedro at the reception were exceptional. Leo was very kind and helpful too. All our requests were fulfilled by the staff and made our stay very memorable.

the view is amazing, the hotel is super calm(if you are light sleeper) you don’t have noise from the street or from the sea, breakfast was good, personal is very kind

The view and the people who work there were amazing. Gym was okay for a hotel.

- I clicked on the double bed but instead we got two one-person bed together and it was not steady at all. Cuddling was literally impossible. - Bed and pillows were not that comfortable and the blankets were so weird. Sheets tangled on my legs all the time. - Breakfast was nothing special. I personally don’t eat pork and I prayed for turkey/chicken salami for once. In 7 days they served only one time. - Pools are open only till 20:00 o’clock. I think it’s too early. I’d personally love midnight swimming.

The hotel provided excellent and friendly service, fulfilling special requests.

Excellent and friendly service. Many thanks to the staff. I was on a business trip at the hotel and had special requests such as a coffee machine, as I spent the whole day in the hotel room. These and other requests were immediately fulfilled. In addition, the view of the sea is remarkable, as well as the breakfast and dinner. The size of the room and the quality of the bed were also very good. Furthermore, the connection with public transportation is also very good, as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

In fact, we liked everything. Excellent location, modern lobby with a fresh scent in the air, warm welcome at the reception, fast and friendly check-in, spotless clean room, comfortable bed, top service at the restaurant and cute little spa.

Palace Bonanza resort was wonderful

Everything was wonderful - the breakfast, the big queen bed, the view, the pool, the cove, the staff, etc etc. Everyone was helpful and lovely. Barbara on the front desk, in particular, was absolutely amazing plus clearly being fluent in every single language I heard a guest speak to her in! Location was lovely, lots of little beach coves in walking distance. Bus outside comes every 15 mins and gets you into the centre quickly and efficiently.

The food is very good and most of the staff is friendly. The personal assistant leaves you nice surprises in the afternoon. The pool is big and the area around it very pleasant. The spa and the masseuse are highly recommended.

The bar is not cosy, uninviting even, and in the evenings there's little to do. There was fungus in the shower.

Overall this was a great stay & the location wasn’t too bad.

The breakfast was great! Also, the spa center took their time and gave great service. The views of the pool and private beach spot is really nice too.

Pillows/bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could’ve been but honestly that’s expected in most European hotels. One honest down side is having to pay for beverage for dinner with half board- even water (€3).

good location close to palma and generally nice facilities

The outdoor area was really lovely, options to swim in sea and the pool. the breakfast was great too, lots of options and it was on until 10:30 which meant a relaxed morning

we were asked quite rudely by the pool staff to move off two sun loungers which were apparently reserved for ‘the boss’. there was no sign to say this or any indication that this was reserved and we had been there for about an hour before they came over. they did not attempt to help find us another option and simply repeated it’s reserved. As a paying customer this could have been handled differently. the rooms were nice but not always deeply cleaned and our shower flooded the first night.

Great Location, super views,

Check in was a disaster, they kept me waiting for 3 hours in the lobby. Food in the dining hall was ok the but Krystal restaurant was outstanding.

Check in, no concierge at the property. My room was small, but clean, not enough towels or water bottles. Impossible to get a taxi around dinner time. I felt like the taxis were boycotting the property. Hotel was advertised as ADULT only too many kids at pool noisy, poop in the pool.

Overpriced and not that good

Good pool and swimming spot in ocean.

Many things went wrong during our one night stay. We did not get we ordered at the restaurant. When questioned, the chef said the menu is wrong and this is what we now serve for this. We then had to pay (a lot) for a meal that we did not order. Then, our drinks order at the pool was wrong and it took 30mins to receive it. Then the air conditioner didn’t work well and wasn’t fixed or seen to by a technician. Then the room key cards didn’t work twice which apparently needs to be fixed next year the girl at the front desk said given an old system?? Then they didn’t let us into the restaurant because men need to wear long pants - which we didn’t have. Then they said they would print my boarding passes and deliver them to the room. However they forgot. It was quite comical given how many things went wrong in a short time. We were happy to leave.

Lovely hotel, extremely unpleasant staff, broken air conditioning in room

gorgeous hotel, lots to do close by

we were put into a room on the ground floor with broken air conditioning. not only was there serious noise pollution from lawnmowers from 6am onwards, they only moved us to a new room after night 3 (of 6 nights), having asked and complained to them on six separate occasions. very unfriendly unhelpful staff at the front desk which is such a pity because I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for that reason alone. Pity!
