Communication was really good, loved the bedband the balcony. It was also great that there were tiles instead of a carpet. Breakfast was very good also.
The gym was pretty underwhelming which is often the case but it was also in the same room as the thermal pool. That made it too warm and too humid to work out nicely with the very limited equipment.

The location is optimal for bus travel as you have the A1 bus right outside and you have the 25 bus some 10 minutes walk if you want to go to the beach. Lots of Halal food options nearby too
The reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the hotel and the room was clean and tidy - no issues with that
The catering/restaurant staff are completely inconsiderate of how loud they are in the early morning hours between 5am - 7am
On both nights I was woken up to hear the staff dragging chairs and tables to the outside seating areas. Not picking them up and placing them quietly - but dragging them across the ground which created loud noises. This kept me awake and incredibly frustrated. The sound of chairs, tables and cutlery being moved so loudly in the early hours of the morning should not be happening. It left me incredibly tired as I had to sleep in after 7am to get some more sleep.

location was probably the draw for us and the showers and towels are wow staff were brilliant even spoke english
probably a reason for this but not able to open window but thinking about it it opened on to the main road
