Muy buena ubicación Camas muy cómodas
Mala relación calidad/precio, hay otros 4 estrellas mucho más completos. No hay gimnasio, sólo 2 máquinas en el spa al lado del jacuzzi. El spa es muy pequeño también. Desayuno pobre en opciones, a poca gente que haya se satura la zona donde te sirves, con café bastante malo. Las habitaciones normales, pero con unas mesitas de noche bajísimas a las que no llegas desde la cama, es surrealista. No es que se esté mal, pero cuando pagas tanto por una habitación, comparado con otros sitios del mismo nivel, deja mucho que desear.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato perfetto, ottima la posizione, centralissima per muoversi, staff cordiale e sempre disponibile, colazione super, dal dolce al salato, pietanze calde e fredde, tutto freschissimo e di qualità. L'utilizzo gratuito della SPA, con sauna, bagno turco e attrezzi fitness, è stato il top.
Solo da migliorare: aria condizionata un po' rumorosa e le key card che si smagnetizzavano continuamente, senza critiche: solo aspetti migliorabili!

Einfach perfekt - schönes Zimmer , großer Balkon. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen :)
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten am An - und Abreisetag unsere Koffer hinterlegen. Nachdem wir am Abreisetag noch am Strand waren konnten wir dann danach bevor es zum Flughafen ging noch im SPA Bereich duschen gehen. Das war Gold wert. Die Lage ist top. Der Bus vom und zum Flughafen bleibt genau vor dem Hotel stehen. Zu Fuß ist man überall schnell hi gekommen :)Toll war auch , dass man draußen frühstücken konnte :)

Really great location, staff lovely, would stay again when in Palma.
Room great size, lovely balcony although furniture is very tired in the room Breakfast all you need to start the day, plenty of fresh fruit, hot and cold buffett, all in all great stay and the location is perfect.
Furniture in the room very tired. The main area carpets need a good clean quite stained.
