Friendly staff, excellent facilities.
On arrival, wrong room was given. Went down to complain and was given the right room but this lacked basic things like kettle, tea/coffee facilities, iron, water in the fridge were not supplied in the room. Had to request for them, which was a bit of a nuisance. Air conditioner did not cool enough as it was set at 23 degrees and could not be changed until a complaint was made. Even then, it could only be set at 17.
The reception did not provide a map of the area; there were no brochures of tours, activities, etc. This is standard courtesy in most hotels around the world.

Everything. It’s a lovely property with so many amenities. It’s got two pools, two tennis courts and mini golf, which is so fun to have. The rooms are great. Staff are so so kind and very helpful. It’s also fairly close to the beach, about a seven minute walk.

Refrigerator almost was not working, in the restaurant not a variety of food offered and what was offered was not so good. No parking what was also a discomfort. Weird air conditioning system in rooms. Not a significant problem but overall much expensive than given service.
