Location was perfect for catching the North link Ferry. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Great restaurant.
Nothing. People just need to note that there are stairs and no lift so pack light.

Fantastic quiet location with a view of the harbour, room was tidy and clean and facilities were very good. Tapas bar 50 metres away does excellent food

Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect for getting the ferry the next day after arriving by train.
We were given a twin room when our original booking was for a double bed. It’s a small place and we assumed it was all that was available and didn’t make a fuss about it. Also the restaurant food — which I’m not sure is under control of the hotel — was sub par.
