The pool the amenities and that show in the evenings to watch. The dinner style buffet. The rooms are very clean and well kept.
I dnt like that the bar aren’t open early enough to get a coffee or a drink. There should be a coffee water voucher for the restaurant as part of your stay for each day.

Entertainment was great and activities at pool were fun.
Charging for safety deposit box in room for valuables

Close to the beach , variety of food both at breakfast and dinner, no problems at all to find sunbeds at the different pools, very functional gym, amazing SPA with Sauna hammam , jacuzzi and warm pool. The staff is very friendly, isodoro in the restaurant makes your meal more enjoyable. I will definitely come back again !!

The restaurant (half board) is above expectation and over other 5stars acomodations. Stuff very attentive to your needs. Food variety and diversity, above expectations.
The room is fine and everyday cleaning is top service View to sea and lake/mountains, fifth floor, is worth the moments it creates.
Parking around the hotel, in the streets, free, is leisure, no stress (beginn of July).
Hotel indoors are .fine, cool air conditioning, great feeling.
Bus station on location.
Entire area is nice and fine, by the seaside, leisure, no boontsie boontsie funk noise (that is great when desired, but try somewhere else).
Although attentive to client, a waiter charged me 2 bottles of water, instead of one, although signed for one, only.
Hand written receipt, easily to be frauded by overwriting I may say, after signature, by this procedure .Clients do not usually keep such paper copies, trusting the hotel prestige.
Didn't keep the copy bill. My comfort , my bad.
Checking out, I paid the double. Ok. Let it be. However, bitter taste.
Strange request to reveal my credit card credentials, completely (not a deposit on POS for eventual extra consuming atvrestaurant, as usual, but paper written data, including my card CVV) in exchange of a certain verbal.promise that in the last day of staying, the written data will be shredded out in a paper shradder at reception. I would receive a "blue ticket". I am pretty sure this procedure , as explained to me at reception, it is hardly complying to banking card and payments safety.
Of.course I didn't follow the offer.
Can Hotel management really explain the "blue.ticket" procedure, requesting all card data written by receptionist on a paper,.instead of banking devices? I would love to really understand the service of extracting card credentials instead of POS deposits with a customer PIN and clear banking transactions.
