We stayed in a superior room for 5 nights. The location and the accommodation is first class and the breakfast is excellent. The outdoor pool area is relaxing and the peacefulness is really appreciated. We only ate one meal here, the fixed price lunch menu which was really good.

Beautiful location no doubt, used apparently for groups and events mostly. Breakfast ok.
Tepid reception. Absolutely no amenities in the room to speak of, tired and frayed towels and bathrobes. No tea/coffee making facilities as one example of something that the hotel could offer its guests as a courtesy. Empty mini bar and what I find most unbelievable at that price point, not even a welcome bottle of WATER was offered
