The best one!

Staying in the villa was just the best choice we could make it. The place has a ‘home’ feeling and the staff was absolutely amazing from the moment I booked all. Special thanks to jeilika (probably got it wrong, but it’s the reception lady) - she was AMAZING! Helped us with all we needed, gave us the best tips and was very friendly all the way. Stay in Villa, you won’t regret.

Perfect place for staying for a week or few days

Apartments were very clean, Cody ands stylish. Very comfortable beds and pillows, showers were equipped with good cosmetic. Terrace was very big with a perfect view on a harbor. Near by the Zadar center, we’re you can easily get on foot, or taxi or taxi boat! Perfect place to rest in quite place with a poor on a sea side, but next to historical places. All recommendations from punters were more then useful

A perfect location to walk to old town via the ferry man who cost 1 Euro per person each way.

The apartment was beautiful with wonderful views from the spacious balcony across the water to the old town. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable

Location was great. Easy walk to old town. Breakfast was fantastic.

Road noise was a little annoying but with Windows closed not an issue.

Perfect place for a quiet vacation in front of the sea.

The location is perfect, very safe, the views of the ocean are fantastic, breakfast is awesome and the staff very friendly.

Spacious accommodation lovely view

The accommodation was spacious with huge balcony & lovely view in a great location to visit Zadar Old Town. The Manager was very helpful.

Perfect place to stay in Zadar! Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and Old Town (grateful for the tip from the hotel owner to take the rowboat ferry across to the old town), and swimming in the Adriatic. The room was spacious and airy, the balcony had picture perfect views and the breakfast was very good.

Nice and clean, the whole staff was very helpful. Without a doubt worth the money.

I missed just a little bit more shadow by the pool.

Quiet, clean beautiful hotel with great view of the bay. Walking distance to the Old City.

Upgraded to a full apartment suite because it was available for no additional charge. Manager was extremely helpful and pleasant.

lovely peaceful hotel

The room was large and comfortable, the terrace balcony wonderful. The host was very accommodating and gave us guidance on an excellent place to have dinner. Breakfast was very nice with a lovely outdoor terrace option.

Superb

Lovely hotel and very well maintained. Has a very nice terrace/garden/pool and a view across the bay to the old town. It's a pleasant walk into the centre and about 30 minutes. There is also a bus stop beside the hotel.

Pool, good breakfast, good location, parking and nice stuff.

Air condition did not work well.

Superb

The receptionist was really kind, he helped us find the best programmes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The room was clean and cosy. There was a nice view to the sea.

The wifi signal was very weak. And the pool was a bit dirty.

Very Spacious

Very spacious apartment, close to the beach and an excellent breakfast delivered to your room!

Nothing really. Parking was 50m away, but sufficient.
