Location was amazing in the old city area, yet quiet enough during the night. You can actually hear the trumpet call from St. Mary’s Basilica. The hotel let me leave my luggage while I was away for another city.
The room, kettle, and mugs didn't feel very clean. The shower room was quite dated. As it is an older building, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.

Staff were so lovely and accomodating - 11/10!

I understand it's a budget accommodation but please include at least a fridge in the room! Us youths are travelling on a relatively tight budget, having a fridge and maybe a microwave would have made eating much easier and affordable. The building is gorgeous and historic so I understand slightly old and worn areas around the room/bathroom plumbing.

Very clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. In the summer they provide a fan. We can use microwave in the cafe and that was helpful if we take away some food from restaurants to eat for later.
No refrigerator in the room.

very clean
the property good value but table in breakfast room to small. I had no where to sit so I had to wait more than 5 minutes till guess finished then I sat at table, there was a guy couldn’t make a cup of tea so he had to wait for a while. bit poor
