Decent clean hotel located across the road from the waterbus stop in Lido. We had a riverview room and enjoyed watching the vaparetto and boats going up and down from main venice, Breakfat was plenty and included sweet and savory options. Just a minute walk from the main street which takes you to the beach in about 10 minutes walk. Price is fair for Venice in summer. We will happily stay here again.

Nice small hotel in a perfect location just at the ferry terminal. The room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't find it noisy as my room was at the back. Breakfast was good. Perfect location.
I asked the lady in the cafe at breakfast to fill my water bottle and she told me to use the water in the toilet. Not impressed when im trying to save single use plastic. Other than her every one was lovely.

Rooms have a nice modern decor. Lovely big shower. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location just across the road from the ferry terminal. Friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Proximity to vaporetto station, enjoyed being on Lido for a change. Easy hop across to main city. Smallish room with no view but that was okay as we were out and about the whole time. Very clean and comfortable - and importantly in 35 degree heatwave, the AC kept the room temp at a perfect level of coolness. This, alongside excellent blackout blinds, ensured we slept well.
Lovely continental breakfast - fresh bread and cakes were delicious. Appreciated also very fairly priced ice cold bottled sparkling water from vending machine in foyer!
No complaints. If staying longer than a couple of nights might have booked a room with a better outlook.
