We had a really wonderful stay here!
The hotel is clean, and the staff are kind, super welcoming, and very organized – the whole place runs like a well-oiled machine. The rooms are a bit outdated, but still clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Ventilation and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the views were amazing.
There are many pools, all clean, and the beach was lovely. The food was incredible – every meal had a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious and plentiful. The coffee house was amazing, and the cocktails were also good. Everywhere, from the toilets to the common areas, was kept very clean.
We truly loved our stay – it was an amazing experience overall.
The only downsides: some areas of the hotel could use a refresh as they feel a bit dated, and the music at night plays very loudly until midnight, which can’t be blocked even with the windows closed.
We felt a bit pressed by the sellers in the shops around - they were trying to force us to buy clothes, photos and what not - it would be nice if they do not make you feel like you are on a bazar rather in a hotel complex.
