The property is huge and clean. Great beach and sea. The staff is excellent. A lot to do all day without getting bored. The family room is of a decent size and the cleaning was done well.
The beach bar only offers burgers. Not even ice cream or some fruits. Everything is located around the pools. Not suitable if you want to spend most of the time at the beach. The food at the main restaurant was not very tasty, just ok.

The food quality was acceptable and satisfying.
This hotel is far from a true 5-star experience. It feels more like a 4-star hotel, and the staff—especially the room service—are at a 3-star level. The room service staff are not kind at all; they are rude and unprofessional.
There were many East Asian–origin staff members, even at the reception, and they were never polite—some were openly rude. I even suspect some of them might be working without proper authorization. The young Asian man at the reception shamelessly lied to our faces without hesitation.
It seems the hotel hires unqualified people for very low wages just to increase profits, and the result shows in the poor service.
On top of that, they disturbed me several times even though I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. They also spoke loudly in the hallway while my niece was sleeping, and didn’t stop even after seeing her. The room smelled awful, like a toilet.
I will never return to this hotel, and I strongly recommend avoiding it.
