The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was very kind and attentive. The location is also very convenient with downtown and NAU campus right around the corner. The room was spacious and even though I didn't get to try it the pool also looked quite nice.
The beds were not super comfortable and a little bit soft to my taste and the bathroom has a bathtub for showering and no dedicated shower. The rooms were not well isolated and the next room was watching TV until 4am every day, which made it hard to sleep.

We stayed three nights and found the hotel very welcoming. Breakfast was good and there was reasonable choice of hot food. The housekeeping was excellent with our room cleaned and made up everyday. Location of the hotel suited our plans as downtown Flagstaff was only a 10 minute walk. Plenty of parking as well.
On checking, the receptionist Ophelia, failed to check booking properly and sent us off to the other Radison Hotel to the north of town. An uneccessary inconvience as our paper confirmation was in her pile of expected quests.
