The staff and room
They didn’t have reservation. The booking.com reservation wasn’t pushed through they said. The property thankfully had a room

We booked at the last minute. We had not expected to stay overnight, so we had nothing with us; the front desk gave us free toothbrushes and paste. The location is perfection. NAU is across the street and all the downtown cafes a seven minute walk away. Our room overlooked the university campus, and the beautiful forest and clear sky beyond it. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was large, the bed comfy, and the towels fluffy. We'd definitely stay again.
