Nice place for couple of days in Flagstaff.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good, and it was great that they have included dinner in the offer. We had no problems.

In the first morning there was no juice during breakfast.

Comfortable, close to the college, easy access to Route 66, delicious buffet meals included.

Breakfast was delicious. One of us eats vegan and the other not. We both were able to fill ourselves deliciously. Dinner was the same, and the Drury Inn generously included 3 drinks per person. Huge cost savings for us.

That we didn't have another night's stay!

Excellent, friendly staff and facility cleanliness and lots of freebies.

Excellent experience. Loved the free breakfast & dinner buffets, with free drinks. The staff were exceptional. Parking was great and check in and check out went well. Rooms were clean as well as bathrooms.

Only problem was that one of the two elevators was not operating.

Great experience, well run, excellent value for price, with friendly and helpful staff..

Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Hotels services more than expected, especially brkfst and late "snack" - really a meal with drinks! rooms very nice, clean. GM asst - Jordan extremely helpful and attentive.

not much - good , very good value - I usually do not even respond to these inquiries, but they did such a nice job - I felt obligated..

Exhausting check in, everything else great

You have excellent staff at Flagstaff Drury ... front desk staff. But 1 check in person and 1 manager is not enough to efficiently run the desk. I felt sorry for them, but they did their job.

Excellent location, great food, comfortable and spacious!

The food was great and the room was spacious and comfy. Hide a bed wasn’t super comfy though. The pool was cold but the kids still played in it. Loved the hot tub.

The pool was to cold for me to get in but the kids didn’t mind since they could get into the hot tub afterwards.

centrally located in Flagstaff, convenient parking, good rooms and nice breakfast and complementary afternoon drinks!

minor detail, but the buffet for breakfast and afternoon drinks used a lot of one-off use plastics

Great Location, Clean Rooms and Tasty Breakfast

staff was very friendly and helpful. the morning breakfast was excellent with ample food for the guests: food was hot, well prepared and plentiful

Room was clean and comfortable but an extra blanket or pillow would have been helpful. Coffee in room was sub-par (downstairs coffee was excellent)

A lovely hotel with good facilities, perfect location and great staff. Breakfast was good and happy hour was wonderful with a variety of food to have with drinks.

Very nice staff and clean rooms!!

Staff was excellent, very nice to talk with and great attitudes! Breakfast was delicious! Drinks at "happy hour" were great and no need to go out for dinner, their snacks starting at 5:30p were enough to fill us up and leave us quite happy!!
