Lots of good stuff around the area and beds were comfortable
Something was leaking from the vent and I called but no one came to check, not a lot of seating or breakfast options, rooms were a little run down but I saw they will be renovating

The location and the staff
The carpet in the room was very dirty and sticky. It needs to be professionally cleaned. There were stains all over the place. It smelt a bit like smoke. The phones in the room didn’t work. There was no way to connect with room service.

Locations was easy to find
Looks old and runner down unlike other Embassy Suites properties I have been to. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Looks dated and dirty. Room door paint was chipped and scratch throughout my hallway. Property inside needs more plants to creat an inviting feel.

The rate.
Nobody cleaned our room. Had to ask for extra towels. Breakfast needs improvement. Need a new waffle makers.
