The Brewhouse restaurant, Neighborhood Bar, Toma Restaurant & Bar, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better. A gated front courtyard is surrounded by mature trees and hedges, providing ample shade and privacy for outdoor dining. Inside is an open Living and Dining Room floor plan with glass sliding doors that access the lush backyard. The Primary Bedroom is complete with an en-suite bath, large screen TV, and luxury bedding. Adjacent to the Living Room are two Guest Bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two twin-sized beds. The home also includes everything you need for a relaxing beach day. We had such a great stay at this property. The location was outstanding and the house was perfect for our group. Close to literally EVERYTHING. We did not have to use our rental car at all!!!!!

The house and property are beautiful and clean and it has every amenity you may need. The beds are so comfortable and everyone slept great!! The location is perfect; close to restaurants, bars, shopping, train station, ocean, Funk Zone and State Street. Santa Barbara did not disappoint!

We had such a wonderful weekend at the Juniper Cottage! The location is perfect for walking down to the beach, to State street for shopping and to the harbor! The home is lovely, had all the items we needed and we loved the front area with the table. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay. Photos are accurate. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, dishes, etc. Only thing missing was a cocktail shaker. (ha!) Had a little issue and maintenance was there quickly to resolve it. Well managed property with good communication by staff. Highly recommend the property.

My family and I loved the Juniper cottage for my birthday weekend! All ages enjoyed the perfect location and it was a quick walk to the train station. The kitchen was so well-stocked and so organized! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was just as advertised. It was comfortable for two couples. It was well stocked so we didn’t have to buy every little thing. The location could not better! Two blocks to the beach and a few more to the heart of the Funk Zone. If you like walking, you can walk up to the courthouse easily.

We had a great time at Juniper cottage, it fit all six of us comfortably and the property management team was very communicative & receptive. It's located walking distance to everything, was clean and had everything we needed! Can't wait for a return trip!

Four long time friends, who live coast to coast, spent three nights at Juniper Cottage and couldn’t have been happier with the house and all it offered… great spaces to gather, wonderful kitchen, and perfect location to enjoy a quick get-together in Santa Barbara. Great communication with the management company before and during our stay - easy checkin/checkout with clear directions via email and materials at the house. Highly recommend!

We spent the Christmas holidays here with our family, 2 adult children. The house is lovely and really well situated near the beach and State St. The beds and bedding were super-comfortable. The property managers were very responsive to several questions we had. We'd never been to Santa Barbara before but are coming back!

We were in Santa Barbara for a wedding and a group of three couples opted to book this place rather than paying for the ridiculously expensive wedding block in the hotel. It could not have been a better choice. The house was clean, charming, and walking distance to all wedding events! We loved the outdoor space and the convenience. It is perfect for a group of friends and would also be a great house to bring my children sometime. We would definitely stay here again.

I came with 4 granddaughters (young mothers) and a step daughter. I have stayed in the West Beach area for 10 years in the summer but this year I needed a larger unit with 3 bedrooms. Everything stated in their description is accurate and there were no disappointments. You may find cheaper locations but remember, West Beach affords you the luxury of walking to the beach, restaurants and town. Bring in your food and park your car for your stay. This is a super property and offers you comfortable living space for the duration of your visit. Enjoy!

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk of the beach, the Funk Zone, and State Street. We walked almost everwhere we went. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds and couches were comfortable, and there was ample closet and dresser space. We will definitely try to return here the next time we visit Santa Barbara.

This home was spotless! It was also in a PERFECT location as you could walk to shops and great restaurants. The home was also very well stocked with all necessities. The outdoor patio and deck spaces we're also great. All in all a perfect home.

The property is in a great location - two blocks to the beach and a short walk to downtown/State Street shopping and restaurants. House was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Great spot for three gals for a weekend get together!
