There’s plenty of room for you and all of your friends to hang out by the pool and enjoy the Arizona sun. There is a large eight-person spa for everyone to enjoy. The entire pool and spa area is gated so if you have little children you don’t need to worry about them wandering outside and falling in the pool. It’s kid-safe and family-friendly. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night. ○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval. ○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street. ○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. We had a group of friends celebrating some 40th birthdays. The house was set up perfectly for young adults and young children. They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The hot tub and pool were well heated and able to be used even though the weather didn't cooperate with us. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and responded back to texts right away. They also helped accommodate any requests we had. It was a beautiful property and we very much enjoyed our stay! I've already been asked to pass the info along to our other friends!

Our extended family had an amazing time at this property. We had six kids all ages 5 and under and they had a blast during our entire stay. They were very upset when it was time to go home. Highly recommended for any family with young kids.

This is a fabulous spot for a family gathering. Even better than the pictures. Spotlessly clean and has everything anyone could need. We had a little problem with the air conditioning in the casita bedroom. It was handled very quickly. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Nothing could be better!

We absolutely loved staying here. All the kids of all ages and the adults had things to do. We especially loved playing pickle ball and hanging out in the pool area. The house comes with everything you need, even a little more than expected! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was by far the most unique and fun VRBO location we have ever stayed at. There was so much to do (pickle ball, shuffleboard, playground, splash pad, putting green, mini, soccer field, basketball, hoop, pool, fire pit, tiny town, etc) that we never really had to leave the property. The house was well-maintained and clean, the property manager was very responsive, and there were so many toys and activities for the kids they were never bored. We would love to return!

This house was amazing for our multi-family vacation. Two teenagers (14 and 16) loved the basketball, pool, hot tub and pickleball. Two younger kiddos (3 and 4) loved everything else. The fact that the little kids could go out in the yard and not worry about the pool or leaving the yard was fantastic. The house itself was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need - so many beach towels, so many bath towels, so many dishes - it was great. The little kid room was perfect for the little kids in our group. The extra bedroom around the back was so private. The master bedroom was huge and the master bathroom was so beautiful. I can't say enough about how great this house was for our families. Thank you for a great family vacation.

This is a great property if you have a family with little ones or even teenagers. Lots to do, extremely spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood. Host is very accommodating and responds very fast. 10/10 would stay here again.

Everyday was fun with little need to leave the property. Thank you for providing such a lovely place for our family to have fun in the sun. We are from Ohio and a break from the cold was just what we needed.

Endless games, books and the outside is just incredible. The pictures are 100% accurate if you can believe that. You will never have to leave the house. The house is managed very well. I have never dealt with such nice and professional people managing houses. Can’t wait to return on another trip to Scottsdale.

Wonderful Week
We had a great vacation in Scottsdale! The property was just perfect. The kids loved the crazy carts and playing pickle ball. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub was wonderful. We took a day trip to Sedona to hike to Cathedral rock and slide rock. What a great trip!!
