Location!!!! Walk to village gondola. Steps to restaurants. Terrific amenities including pool, several hot tubs, 2 gyms, a movie theatre, video game room for kids, on site laundry and underground parking! Directv with movie channels and wifi included. High ceilings, private patio, fully equipped kitchen. Master suite has large tub and separate shower, double bowl sinks. 2nd bedroom has bunk bed to sleep 3. Ground floor unit makes this unit super convenient for coming and going to all the great events held in The Village! There's mexican, bbq, hawaiin, pizza, coffee shop, Old NY Deli and The Distillery bar all within steps. Hugs ice cream shop for the kiddos! Underground parking is a huge plus keeping the snow off your vehicle and with this location there's really no need to take car out during entire stay. Convenient Location
If you are looking to be in the middle of the action at the Village this is your place. Home is clean and well taken care of. Shops and restaurants are literally a few steps outside your door. Home is nice and owner responds immediately. Unfortunately, it was not for me. The live music is quite loud and there are a lot of drunk people leaving after they stop playing around 10pm. The crosswalk to the main parking lot, which is right across the street, is directly under your windows and loud, drunk people leaving the Village yelling, singing, screaming, honking car horns go on well up until midnight or even after. So if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet mountain air evening, this isn't it. This is party central. I was there on a Friday and Saturday night so week days could be different.

condo is very nice, well appointed and comfortable. location in the village is convenient. only draw back is the single parking space limit, even though it is 2 bedrooms. our second car had to pay for parking in the village lot which was disappointing given the cost of the rental.

Long weekend @ Mammoth
Wonderful property and great location! Easy to access everything in The Village. Brian (owner) had clear instructions and communication was top notch. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you!

We are frequent Mammoth visitors. The location of this property cannot be beat. Very attractive to be walking distance to everything you need in Mammoth. The property owner was very responsive to any questions. The time between Christmas and News Years makes any property in Mammoth expensive. That being said this property needs alot of upgrades to make it remotely close to the price anytime of the year. Location Location Location made this a great stay.

Amazing location in the village
This condo was perfect for our family of five. It was so nice to be able to get coffee and breakfast from the deli in the morning, walk to the gondola to hit the slopes and grab dinner right in the village. The parking was convenient, hot tub across the breezeway was perfect after snowboarding and the condo is spacious for a family with three kids (10, 7 and 4) with nice high ceilings throughout. We will stay here again!

Great location, close to everything. The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed it! Will surely consider this property again for future trips.

Excellent experience!
The property owners were great to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. The location is excellent - close to amenities and a great jump off point for local activities. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful after a full day of hiking. Having your own kitchen was super convenient so we didn't have to eat out three meals a day. Will totally go back again!

Village Convenience
Staying in the Village is the ultimate in convenience with the Gondola and all the shopping/restaurants a stones throw away. Brian's property is as advertised. It's clean and well situated within the complex. It's expensive, but I guess thats the price you pay for the convenience. The complex itself has nice architecture that has withstood the test of time, but the interiors are a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. Brian was also quick to respond whenever i needed to communicate with him. Overall, a v good experience renting his condo and will do so again!

Easy breezy canyon viklage
This place is awesome, so easy for a parent/s and also for young adults. They can navigate up and down the gondola. With ease, and b line to the condo. Restaurants, convenient market, and shops within a skip hop and a jump. We loved it here!
