Location was perfect for the places we had come to visit. Food was excellent, very good menu with lot's of choice, not just typical pub food. The breakfast was superb, we had full English, all freshly prepared and made with local ingredients, the homemade baked beans were delicious.
The area is really lovely but there wasn't very much else in Robertsbridge to see or do.

The location and the friendliness of the staff. When we asked for compensation for the tv not working it was readily given with many apologies.
We felt our room hadn’t been prepared properly for our arrival. The soap and hand cream dispensers were empty, we had to ask for milk and our tv didn’t work. Three different people tried to fix the tv but were unable to do so. The breakfast menu wasn’t to our liking- we prefer cereals and toast with no limits to the number of drinks

Beautiful hotel and pub, very cosy. The manager was so friendly and welcoming. The stay was just perfect. I would highly recommend.
