Great service, good location, well served cuisine
Food for our taste was too salty. The bedsheets had holes, what left a dubious feeling’s considering how nice the place was.

A classy, aesthetic and elegant hotel. Fantastic view of Sternberk (balcony room). Nice restaurant, very good food, tasty breakfast. Lovely pool.
One issue - confirmation of reservation mentioned that payment will be done in €. This was what we were ready for. Unfortunately - it wasn't possible. We had to pay in PLN. this made payment a bit higher. Hotel should be aware of this.
Second small thing (independent from hotel) - on each balcony around us - people were smoking, from early morning hours. This was hard to stand for us, non-smokers. But this seems to be standard in Czech Republik.
