Everything. The staff were welcoming. The house is an absolute delight. Room 5 was light, airy, comfortable and the bathroom was full of products which was helpful. We had a great night's sleep.
The garden is amazing and we sat out there for drinks in the evening. It's like a secret garden and so relaxing. Again the staff were attentive and the cafe has a lovely menu.
We loved everything about it and the location is perfect.

Loved this place! Location is super central, you can walk everywhere. The interior design is really cool and unique, and the whole place looks freshly renovated. Coffee machine 👍🏻The renovation and design do a great job of raising the hotel's rating, but I didn't like the staff. They didn't offer any advice and just stood there pretending not to understand what I was saying.
Had mixed feelings about our stay. The staff felt a bit indifferent—it was my birthday, and they didn't even acknowledge it at check-in, which felt cold for a boutique hotel. Breakfast gets hyped up in reviews, but portions are way too small if you have a big appetite. Also, Wi-Fi doesn't reach the bathroom at all, so no music while showering. To top it off, the towel warmer was dusty and ended up staining my clothes when I hung them up.

Check-in was flawless, super smooth. No elevator. The room (room #3) was massive; a king-size bed and a twin bed, with a sizable bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic; you pick something off their menu, and they bring it to you. Super easy, delicious, and quick! We will be staying here again.
Even though it was "cool" in Olomouc, the room was stifling. The AC, which the room had, did not work, or did not work well enough. Still a 10/10 stay.
