1. Location was found different after arrival.
2. No lift to third floor. Difficult for carrying the luggage upstairs.
3. Since the location was different, we had to carry our luggage far and lots of hassles.
4. There were no staffs other than reception to guide us to the property.
5. Not enough garbage bags.

The staff was nice. They let us check in way before the usual check in time.
The apartment itself is located very close to the bus stations - around 8 mins travel to the center.
we were given the guest mobility card which was very useful.
The bathroom and the shower are in the main bedroom. Another door can be added between the bedroom and bathroom for more privacy and comfort.

This apartment is part of a hotel and is in a seperate building a short walk from the hotel. Location was perfect. Bus stop just outside with a few bus options (free travel due to mobility card). Grocery store just down the road and a pizza take away accross the road. Apartment was spacious. Lovely balcony with a nice view of the mountains. Didn't use the balcony much as it was too hot to sit out there in the evening but was lovely in the morning or after sunset. Homemade cake on arrival was a lovely surprise and tasted yummy. Washing machine was great and clothes dried quickley on the balcony.
The dishwasher didn't wash the dishes very well. Apartment was quite warm. Fans were provided but could have done with another one (they Dyson fan was quite poor)

1) Location - close to the airport. Bus stops to the city center right outside the property
2) Staff - friendly and polite. Public transport passes were quickly arranged
3) Spacious bathroom and toilet
1) Dated appliances. Dishwasher didn’t function properly. Cutleries, dishes not clean
2) Noisy. Close to a main road
3) Apartment not as spacious as the pictures suggest
4) Overall not a very pleasant or comfortable stay
