Een gedateerd hotel, wat een uitstekende ligging heeft.
Veel zaken bijv. Sauna-Zwembad wat defect zijn, maar niet gerepareerd worden.

Die Gäste sind fast ausschließlich aus Holland, Belgien. Das Personal spricht hauptsächlich Englisch und nur gebrochen Deutsch - ist jedoch außergewöhnlich nett.

Really helpful staff in a solid property that was well located for the ski lifts.
Lots of big parties of other guests who seemed to be in a competition with one another to see who could make the most noise. Young kids screaming as their parents tickled them, older kids smashing glasses and using oprofane language whilst their parents looked on etc.
We were sat in the dining room at the back, but after enduring this chaos for three nights I had to ask for another table assignment - staff were very understanding and quick to facilitate the request but having stayed in other similar hotels both in the village and across Austria, this was new to me.
