Hotel location – close to the ski lift, amenities, cleanliness, breakfast, high-quality wooden baby cot, children’s play corner

We had a two bedroom apartment suite with a living/dining room which was very convenient for a family with three young children. It s a newer hotel and the rooms are modern and well designed
The staff was eitehr absengt or unheloful. There was no service at all.
When we arrived, no one helped us by escorting us to the room or help us with the large number of luggage we had. We had to go and get a trolley oursleved, load the bags and bring it all to the room. It wasn't an accident beacause when wee left it was the same saga.
The only people we saw were at the self service breakfast buffet where only two people. presnegt for a lagre hotel at full capaciy. Not very keen to help either.
Because of the satff, I would never stay in that hotel again. This is in sharp contrast with freinds who stayed at the Alpenrose hotel, same 4* rating but wonderful team as well as better location
