Location was great (once we found it)
Hard to find based on the information given.
None of the lamps worked in the room.
One of the ladders out of order in the pool (I don’t think that was a new issue) and the spa drain was missing a cover meaning your foot got sucked in which hurt. Parking was more expensive than on the website which when I questioned, I was told that was an out of date price.

had to park off site as no parking is available in the basement.

Convenient to Melbourne central
No good if you’re staying with people on other floors -no access. No consideration. Each apartment had different amenities. We had tea and coffee but no milk, mum and dad had milk but no tea & coffee. Brother & sister had the works with biscuits and snacks. Very hard to check in and out. No staff about.
